Bekesbourne Explorers

We are a group of local people – men, women and well-behaved dogs, who go out and about for a walk in East Kent on the first Wednesday of each month.

We meet at the village hall at 9.45am to get directions and share lifts.

Our walks are about 3 miles long and we aim to be back for lunch unless we decide to have lunch in a pub.

Although we are called the Bekesbourne Explorers many of our members live in Bridge. We are mostly retired people and the talk is as important as the walk which goes at a leisurely pace.

For information, contact Jill Thomas 01227 832573.
